Last-minute event invites just don’t cut it when the diary has been brimful for months. If you’re anything like me, with work filling days, some nights and terabytes in the cloud, you’ll be extremely selective about the meetings you book, the appointments you schedule and the events that you go to because prioritising is everything and tackling high-value business endeavours first simply makes good sense. Together with partners from the Britannic community, we share essential vendor product updates, provide ICT management advice, introduce you to the latest communications platforms and applications and bring you hands-on demos of the same. Importantly, you’ll learn how, with a few tweaks, you can achieve digital excellence with your existing UC and contact centre platforms.
